1. These conditions establish the order of interaction between the online store and customers of the online store – individuals and legal entities who have placed an order using the service “Cart”, located on the site (hereinafter – the site).

2. Online store sells and delivers goods throughout Ukraine.

3. Online store sells goods at retail. The action of returning the goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

4. When placing an order on the site, the customer unconditionally agrees to follow these conditions and confirms that he is familiar with them.



1. The order is placed by the customer by adding the product to the cart.

2. The order is considered to be executed properly if:

2.1. the client has filled in all the fields of the form that allow to identify the client and contact him:

2.2. Full name / name;

2.3. Contact phone;

2.4. Address;

2.5. The desired payment procedure (payment methods are listed in paragraph 5.1.);

2.6. The desired method of delivery of goods.



1. The manager of the online store upon receipt of the order checks the availability of goods and if the order is made in accordance with paragraph 2.2. present terms, accepts the order and contacts the customer to confirm the details.

2. From the moment of acceptance of the order by the online store the client has the right to refuse the order or to make changes in the order (to delete / add the goods to the order, to change the characteristic of the goods (color, the size, quantity, etc.). After payment of the invoice removal of commodity items from the order is not allowed.



1. Employees of the online store form orders. Orders with the status “PROCESSED”, formed and confirmed are sent the next day except for holidays and weekends. The city of the sender is Kryukivshchyna.

2. If the product is not available, the manager of the online store may offer the customer to replace the missing product with any other product. With the consent of the client, the other offered product is added to the order, in case of disagreement, the order becomes the status of “DISCLAIMER”.

3. At the end of the order formation, the manager of the online store notifies the customer of the status of the order and issues an invoice to the customer for payment, if the chosen method of payment corresponds to p. 5.1.2.



1. Payment for the order is made in the following ways:

1.1. Payment upon receipt (invoice);

1.2. Payment by card online;

1.3. Payment through the system.

3. You can pay for the order in cash upon receipt of the parcel at any branch of Nova Poshta. The commission for the transfer of funds is paid by the buyer. The cost of postpay payment is UAH 20 + 2% of the amount (Nova Poshta fee). Payment of the order from the Visa or MasteCard card on the website immediately after placing the order through the system. Payment is made on a page protected by security certificates. You pay only the cost of the goods, the commission when paying online is not charged.


Free delivery to all branches of New mail at the order from 5000 UAH. Delivery of the order to 5000 UAH. carried out at the expense of the client at the rates of the carrier Delivery service “Nova Poshta”;

Online store is considered to have fulfilled its obligation to deliver the order at the time of transfer to the delivery service. The risk of death or damage to the goods after its transfer to the delivery service is borne by the customer.

The online store agrees on the method of delivery with the customer, but has the right to choose and use any most profitable method of delivery.

Return of substandard goods

Goods of proper quality ordered on and not suitable for any reason (style, size, color), are subject to return and exchange within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided:

no traces of operation and socks;

preservation of product appearance and consumer properties;

availability of original and undamaged packaging and labels.

The cost of delivery on return / exchange of goods is paid by the buyer. *

* Exceptions: production defect or resort (other size, color or article). In this case, the return is made at our expense.

Goods of improper quality (after operation or with damaged labels) ordered on, are not subject to exchange and return.


Return process:

Fill in the return form (sent by the manager at the request of the client to the messenger or e-mail);

Send the goods and the completed form to the address indicated in it;

Receive money by bank transfer *

The refund period is within 10 working days from the moment of receiving the return by the online store manager.

* If you received a defective product or sent you not what you ordered, and you paid for delivery – the manager will offer free delivery of your next order.
